I know that I am not an expert in language but this is simply unacceptable. I took the "pic-pockets" pictures 4 hours ago on francilien bus while the "frog touts" was taken a year ago on my way to bibliothèque François-Mitterand. Both pictures were taken in France.
If you happen to have problem in understanding these images, here's the clue, "pic-pockets" doesn't exist in english nor in french dictionary and same problem with "touts les jours."
Maybe this is just what we call "ignorance".
